By meditating on it you can enter the peace and serenity and the original
Trust of being connected to the Greater Heart.
Here is a suggested meditation to do with this graphic.
Be still. Light a candle. Center in your heart. Connect in with the
Flame within your own Heart. Fan it with your breath and watch it grow.
See your heart as within the Heart of Gaia, the Heart of Pachamama.
Feel that. Feel her all encompassing love. Go further and feel the Heart
of Pachamama within the Heart of the Solar Sun. Connect in with the
Solar Flame and the Great Lords and Ladies of the Solar Ascended Realms.
Go one step further and see the Solar Heart within the center of the
Great Central Sun.
You are an individual Heart with in the Heart of Pachamama, within the
Heart of the Solar Sun, within the Heart of the Great Central Sun. Feel
the security and the comfort of this. Know the expanded awareness that
comes through this. Then if you are comfortable with this allow all
the Hearts to blend into One Great Heart. Stay with this as long as
you wish, then slowly reverse the process through the four suns, arriving
back into your own Heart. Notice how the Flame has grown. Ground into
your feet and return to the room where you are. |
