The remedy this week is the only one of the Bach Flower remedies that

does not come from a plant or tree. This remedy is Rock Water.

Dr. Bach, through his explorations discovered that pure water found

in rock pools held within it a wonderful medicine that assisted people

from moving out of rigid concepts and structures into a more flexible

way of  being.

What I hear from the Deva of Rock Water is the word JOY. The

water while flowing over or resting within the bed of rock absorbs the medicine

from the rocks. The rocks represent structure, form, the bones of the

Earth. The water is fluid. Water flows. The Rock Water embodies

the fluid, ever flowing, attunement to structure. It is when structures

became permanent in some way that they weigh us down. These

structures can be concepts, thoughts, feelings, as well as a

'way of life'. The Rock Water encourages us to absorb the wisdom

of the 'structure in the moment' and then to move to the next

structure. Structure is essential for manifestation, yet it can

be flexible and every changing.

We are in a time when all the old structures are being swayed

and blown about by the winds of Cosmic change. The medicine

of the Rock Water serves us well in times of change. It assists

us in freeing ourselves from the limitations we have imposed

upon ourselves that restrict our forward movement.

Water is the emotional body of Pachamama. Rock Water

brings the channels through which our emotions move,

to a point of balance, which accommodates the ever present

movement in the moment..
