Scleranthus - Center Poise
 
We are all aware that this is a time of tremendous quickening -
and that the Hierarchy of Ascended Ones who are guiding and
supporting our journey here on Earth are offering all the
assistance they can in this time of
transition. We are being asked to drop our habitual behaviors,
to live fully in the present. to pay attention to our feelings, to
follow our own inner wisdom -
Every time we open our inbox there are messages from different
Ones giving us updates on what is going on - and this
communication can be very helpful, making us realize that
we are not alone and that some of the symptoms we are
experiencing are also being experienced by others.
At the same time all of this information can get a little
overwhelming - and we may feel pulled here and there -
we may feel there is too much to attend to - and our energy
may experience a movement between extreme states of
joy and sorrow, exuberance and fear, clear sightedness
and confusion etc.
Scleranthus carries within its medicine the beauty of the
point of equilibrium, the 'still point of the turning world'
as the poet Eliot called it - where we can find a center poise,
a calm at the center of the energetic storms.
It is when we are poised at this center that our guidance can
get through to us. The Diva of Scleranthus encourages us to
pause, to take some of her essence, and to relax, preferably
out of doors. Nature is of great benefit to us at this time. Breath
in the fresh air, listen to the birds, meditate at the foot of a tree.
The still point of our turning world is always in direct
connection with the I AM Presence within each one.
